MP&P become the exclusive large format partner for landlords providing a one stop shop solution for all our clients large format adverting needs.
MP&P maximise the income for landlords through creating marketing and service agreements and operating entirely open book with the landlord combining a minimum guaranteed rent with a profit share element. This ensures that landlord’ income will increase as soon as the market picks up and sales rise.
MP&P will complete all planning applications and the new approach being undertaken by MP&P will significantly increase the chances of all sites getting planning and being developed.
Leases, that are fair to both our clients and MP&P, are between the landlord and MP&P. The form of agreements are agreed at the outset reducing the time and work required to rollout further sites.
Alternatively MP&P can operate on a site by site basis and ensure the best service is provided for that site.
For appropriate sites it can be advantageous for landlords if MP&P offer a fixed rental. In this situation MP&P pay a fixed rent benchmarked against other panels in the area so that the client knows they are receiving a top rent. This however limits the clients ability to maximise the income over the longer term.
Marketing and service partners are selected on a case by case basis to maximise the income and the landlords benefit from the covenant strength of the partner whilst ensuring income is maximised and that the appropriate sites are actually developed.
MP&P will monitor and improve the sales performance of sites to increase the income for clients.
MP&P, using the online software, provides a unique project management service for all landlords and templates are created on the system for leases, agreement to lease and planning guidelines.
